Early Registration process:

1.  Download the registration form.   Click on the preceding sentence to open the file.  The form is in .pdf format.  Print the form.

2.  Complete and mail form with early registration fees to:

Make checks or money orders payable to Richard Gibbens.

3.  Once your registration has been received and processed, a Ride Guide will be mailed to you.  All riders who early register will receive a Ride Guide.  The Ride Guide is a multi-page guide that contains the pertinent information needed for this event.  It includes detailed information on ride organization, itinerary, hotels, campgrounds, restaurants, city resources, city and county emergency services, recommended routes with ride descriptions, ride directions, ride logistics, and ride notes, top 10 paved roads, and top 10 dual sport roads.  In short, it provides in one location all the relevant information for you to maximize your enjoyment at the Texas Adventure Ride.

Early registration begins Dec 10, 2007 and ends Thursday, April 10, 2008.  All early registrations must be postmarked on or before April 10, 2008 (to ensure sufficient time to receive and process your registration and then mail your Ride Guide to you.)  Registrations postmarked after April 10th will be processed as late registrations.

T-shirts - Commemorative t-shirts are being made for this event and one is included with each early registration.  Extra t-shirts may be ordered with early registration.  T-shirts will be delivered at the event - they will not be mailed.  T-shirts may or may not be available for sale during the event, depending on availability.

Late Registration process: (registering after April 10, 2008)

Late registration - $35, t-shirt and ride guide if available

Riders may register on the day of the event.  Those who wait to register at the event may or may not receive a ride guide and t-shirt, depending on the availability of extras. (I will bring extras, but make no guarantee that if you wait to register the day of the event that one will be available for you.)

2.  Print, complete, and turn in with $35 late registration fee on the first day of the event.
